Laura A. Potvin, O.D.
As owner and general manager, Dr. Potvin ensures that people are treated as she would like to be treated....in a professional and courteous manner. She maintains the office and ensures that patients receive optimal vision care with state of the art instrumentation.
Dr. Potvin graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 1987 when she joined her father, Dr. Bernard S. Potvin, in practice. She began running the practice in 1988 and continues to do so.
She is a member in good standing of The American Optometric Association (general body and contact lens section)and The Massachusetts Society of Optometrists.
She holds her DPA and TPA licenses.
Due to Multiple Sclerosis Dr. Potvin's ability to practice has been severly restricted, however she is in the office on Tuesdays, Thursday afternoons, and Friday mornings addressing any issues and concerns.
Having the utmost confidence in her staff, she feels very fortunate to be able to continue offering primary eyecare to the community and enjoys the practice management aspect of Optometry.

Nyla Lambert, O.D.
Dr. Nyla Lambert graduated with honors from The Ohio State Universtiy College of Optometry. She went on to do a residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Jamica Plain in Massachusetts. She is licensed in Massachusetts and is DPA and TPA certified. Dr. Lambert enjoys primary care optometry and contact lens work; she specializes in geriatric care with a strong interest in low vision rehabilitation.
Dr. Lambert is multilingual speaking English, French and Arabic. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Massachusetts Society of Optometry.
Dr. Lambert is in the office on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. She also covers 2 Saturdays a month.

Kathleen Horn, O.D.
Dr. Kathleen Horn graduated with honors from the New England College of Optometry in 1991. She continued her education as a resident at Kittery Optometric Associates and Ophthalmic Consultants. She has her DPA and TPA certification in Massachusetts and New Hampshire where she is also certified to treat Glaucoma.
Over the last 12 years she has enjoyed primary care Optometry in various settings. She enjoys contact lens work as well as emergency care. She also enjoys working with children. She has been instrumental in new ophthalmic drug studies, determining their effect on patients.
Dr. Horn practices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. She also works one Saturday per month.

Cathleen Doucette, O.D.
Dr. Cathleen Doucette graduated with honors from The New England College of Optometry in 1997. She is affiliated with the AOA and MSO; and holds her DPA and TPA license in Massachusetts.
She specializes in pediatric and young adult vision. She enjoys seeing her patients grow and meeting their changing vision requirements. Dr. Doucette is also very successful at fitting toric and bifocal contact lenses.
Dr. Doucette's professionalism and caring for her patients not only improves patient care but is very rewarding for Dr. Doucette as well.
Dr. Doucette practices Tuesdays, Fridays and the first Saturday of the month.

Donna Girard
Donna Girard, our office manager, has been with the practice for many years; she started with Dr. Laura Potvin. She fits eyewear and works extensively with contact lens patients. She holds her certificate in paraoptometry.
Donna can answer most questions reqarding your vision care, eyewear and contact lenses. She can also adjust your glasses when needed.

Kelley Bartlett
Kelley Bartlett is a great help to Donna and Dr. Potvin. With her extensive optical training, Kelley is pleased to offer her assistance at the front desk or doing contact lens instruction. She is qualified to do entrance testing which helps the doctors out tremendously, if they find themselves running behind.
Under the tutelage of Dr. Potvin and Donna, Kelley is training to be an Optometric Assistant and Dispensing Optician.
She can also be found taking retinal photos and conducting visual field examinations.

Ann Danis
Ann Danis is my accounts person handling insurance and patient billing. After specialty training in healthcare management, she is well versed in a wide variety of insurance related matters.
Billing and insurance questions should be directed to Ann.
Ann has decided to winter with her husband in Florida; she works part-time when she is here, job sharing with Deb.

Debra Schiavoni
Debra is job sharing with Ann in the billing and accounts department. She has completed her training at the Northeast Techinical Institute in Haverhill receiving her certificate in Clinical Medical Assistant with Billing and Coding.
After completing her training here, she is covering Ann's position like she has been here all along. She is also looking forward to administering certain tests when the doctors need her assistance.
She is exceptional dealing with the public and exhibits a very dry sense of humor, boarders on sarcastic.
She is a welcome addition to our staff.

Rosalie Treadwell
Rosalie Treadwell, Lee, functions as our support person. She fills in as needed and attends to the details that can be over looked in a busy office environment.
She keeps us organized and running smoothly!
