Facilities and Equipment
Our state of the art equipment include a Tomey Auto-refractor/keratometer and Topographer, Humphrey Vision Field Analyzer and a Topcon 3D OCT-1 Maestro. We have three examination rooms complete with new phoropters and projectors. Each examination room is also equipped with a binocular indirect ophthalmoscope, a biomicroscope, 2 tonometers (non-contact and applanator) and a keratometer.
In 2004, we were able to add a pachometer, to measure the thickness of the cornea and a tonopen, a less invasive applanating tonometer.
2006, saw the addition of an autorefractor and a handheld keratometer.
2007, the Synemed Retinal Camera was added to our state of the art instrumentation.
2010, we began offering GDX imaging services quarterly for anyone who is at risk for glaucoma and any diseases that can affect the Optic Nerve.
2012, the iCare tonometer became available for patients who have difficulty with more traditional methods of glaucoma testing.
2013, the Tomey RT7000 is now being used for auto-refractions, auto-keratometry and corneal topography,  This instruments allows us to fit specialty contact lens and medically necessary contact lenses.
Our lab is full service! 2017, we put in a finishing lab which allows us to trace, edge, and drill lenses.  We are pleased to offer faster turn around times; and we fill outside prescriptions!

2019, we now offer OCT imaging for patients at risk for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and any other diseases that can affect the optic nerve and retinal nerve fiber layers.
